Our attorneys
are licensed family law practitioner with experience in
matters of
divorce, custody, support, distribution of assets and domestic violence. Our practice extends to inter-jurisdictional
matters including, but not limited to, removal of children from home
states,
removal of assets, distribution of retirement, pension, and stock
accounts. This mature law practice is
active in Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside Counties, with occasional
appearances in San Diego and Ventura Counties.
The principal of the
firm is the author of
several articles including Chambers, Reifler and Offers of Proof
which was used by the California Department of Justice in its Training
Manual (June 2000), Third Party Visitation (October
2001), Interspousal
Immunity (January 2003), The Pouring of Sand on Smooth
Property Transaction and comprehensive analysis of United
States Supreme Court in the case of Troxel published by
The Orange County Lawyer
Magazine. Various other
articles have been published electronically and in print media such
as From the Shadows
and From Beyond the Grave
published by Iran Times
International in Washington D.C. Mrs. Alemansour is
a frequent speaker on issues relating to child execution and domestic
violence.
Mrs. Alemansour has
lectured extensively on personal empowerment issues.
She co-chaired the Los Angeles based
non-profit organization of
Southern California Coalition on Battered Women and she has trained
medical and
law enforcement agencies on issues involving culture and violence.
Our attorneys provide
summer internships and training to those interested in law and writing. During the summer and fall of 2004, our
principal mentored a journalism student who is now attending the NY
School of
Journalism and also mentored a Harvard Law School graduate, currently
working
on issues relating to veterans’ claims.
Mrs.
Alemansour is a
lawyer, a runner, an avid reader, a gardener and a successful business
owner.
